You need to show accommodations. Just stating you paid 200 a month means absolutely nothing without visual context. I watched 22 similar videos and still have no Idea what accommodation's cost in many countries. Rents vary by amenities ,atmosphere, views and design. Most countries have an extreme range of rental prices. For example. I lived in Thailand for 2 years and stayed almost exclusively in hotels, The cost was about 12-20 per day long term rentals. Some quite nice with club houses and pools. I rented block bungalows with no furniture for 80 per month. Wood bungalows for 30 per month .Looked at plenty of apartments but didn't like a single one. You need to show examples or the information is useless.

Hi Dan! I was in Tallinn last week and also this week for a couple of days. I guess we've been there at more or less the same time! I live in Helsinki and I have lost count of how many times I've been in Tallinn. It is indeed a very beautiful city and the old town is a real jewel. I believe the weather is something that should be taken into serious consideration, as Tallinn is at almost the same latitude as Anchorage. Winters are very long, dark and cold and for many people it could be a little too much. By the way, welcome to Finland!

Georgia 🇬🇪, the people, the food, the culture and history are phenomenal!! But it is highly unlikely you can live there for less than $1,200 a month, especially Tbilisi. The rental prices are simply too high right now, to the point it’s destroying their economy. I spoke with 4 Indian students at a bus stop who were studying medicine, and all 4 had to leave and were unable to finish school due to rent, and many more. Foreigners, business owners and even Georgians have had to leave Tbilisi due to the rising cost of housing. Economically it can be a disaster, Rental prices must reflect the local salaries, or it can destroy and ruin an economy. Also, many want rental payments in dollars, which is mind boggling because it devalues the lari, but also because they are asking people to pay in a currency that isn’t theirs. It would be like a Georgian coming to the US and me asking them to pay in Swiss Francs, it makes no sense. Also, the cost of food is absurdly high. I suppose it could be possible, but only if you live very simply and carefully, use the metro and buses, and even still your biggest expenses are going to be food and rent.

I keep an apt in Araceli , Palawan, Philippines since 2016...about the same costs...$40 a month apt 1/2 block from beach. Grade A diving and spearfishing with 82F clear seawater , great windsurfing,/kiting and most important FREEDOM to do as you wish. All beaches are public so you can go anywhere you want anytime you want and do whatever you want because YOU OWN ALL the Beaches.

Will you be going to Latvia next? From what I have seen, Latvia has the lowest monthly income requirement for the retiree visa in the whole EU, it's even lower than countries in Latin America. I still haven't found what the minimum income requirement for Estonia is (retiree visa).

I have returned three times: 2013, 2023 and 2024. I absolutely love the place. I'm going back in January, 25 and will probably rent an apartment. If the Vietnamese government creates a retirement visa I will definitely move there.

The two locations are actually spelled Cebu and Rizal. Rizal is extremely close to Manila, while Cebu is another island farther south.

It really does look beautiful in a lot of ways. Personally, I don't trust the EU/NATO and Russia and their friends to get along well enough for the next 10 years to make plans to live there though.

I spent a month in Tallinn and loved it, except it was bitterly cold and snowy even in April. It was very safe and totally walkable, friendly people, English-speaking, good transportation and fast, reliable Internet. My only two reservations about retiring here is I'm not sure there would be enough to keep me busy and it's nowhere near a warm beach.

My mother was in an assisted living facility until she died in 2021. She was in the least expensive facility we could find for her and it was $6000/month. That was 2021 prices. No idea what it would cost today.

I Lovr your site alone of great info, but your guess is wrong on something he said I Indonesia is a Muslim land they follow Islamic rule they let Bali to the Hindus as a tourist place because muslims don't use alcohol but the rest of Indonesia belongs to the Muslims and if they want it they could take over Valley and make it all bust them and get the tourists out but they are tolerant people so they allow tours to come here do all the drinking and stuff they want but they don't allow it on their land even though you can find alcohol on the land and over Islands it's not a place to really go and have liquor
